Cookies for Santa

Lauren and Mommy made Christmas cookies to leave out for Santa on Christmas Eve. Lauren kept trying to eat the raw dough, so Mom had to do most of the cookie cutting. Decorating the cookies with sprinkles turned out to be a great job for Lauren. Now we just have to make sure Daddy saves some of the cookies for Santa.

Lauren made the decision to not sit on Santa's lap this year. Hopefully he won't hold it against her on Christmas eve.

And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night.
